Alliant Data Systems Announces...

As part of its continuing commitment to improved customer service Alliant Data Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has implemented a new internal phone system at its offices in Alabama. The system was installed on June 19 and goes into service on July 29.

As part of this improvement, Alliant Data Systems was required to change its primary incoming phone number. The new phone number is 251-281-1665.  Calls to the old number will be forwarded to the new number for a limited time, but customers are urged to update their contacts.

In addition, the company’s fax number has changed to 251-281-1666, also effective July 29.

“We understand the inherent problems of changing a phone number some of our customers have called for service for many years, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause,” Kevin Strickland, president of Alliant Data Systems said. “But the opportunity to upgrade our phone system is important to our overall mission of service. The new phone system will give us much greater flexibility, enhance our ability to manage and monitor calls and allow us to provide even greater service to our customers.”
